We will need to bring new talent into the organisation which will enable the organisation to be effective in its administration.
The capacity lies with our Operations and Programmes Staff who have so much on their plates. However the organisation sees them as the critical part of the overall organisation.

Mr Neftaly Malatjie, our founder and Chief Executive Officer has always emphasised that as a youth development organisation we need to use technology to innovate.
Southern Africa Youth Projects policies and processes under Neftaly Malatjie’s leadership. The organisation uses online database systems. Which will have an integrated client, human resource, financial management and programmes coordination.
We are so excited that we have managed to move all our operations and are now 100% online. We have reduced our paper usage by 99.9% which enables our staff to focus on making impact than to focus 70% on administration.

Southern Africa Youth Project understands that it is not the only role player in the market. However, it forms part of a large chain in addressing and solving problems stakeholders may have.

Our Programmes specialists allocated to provinces, countries and regions ensures that the organisations under SayPro Southern Africa Youth Project collaborates and work together to ensure that we coordinate, lead and implement activities in a collaborative and partnership effort.
