In order to allow SayPro Southern Africa Youth Project to deliver on its overall strategy. The organisation will need to enforce the implementation of its strategy as an organisation.

Southern Africa Youth Project has noticed to in order to support the efforts of its operations focus on different sectors such as Health, Welfare, Social Development, Education, Skills Development, Information Technology, environment, arts and Culture, Heritage, Gender Based Violence and HIV/AIDS.

We will need to bring new talent into the organisation which will enable the organisation to be effective in its administration.

The capacity lies with our Operations and Programmes Staff who have so much on their plates. However the organisation sees them as the critical part of the overall organisation.

Our CEO supports Strategy Execution in Technology

Mr Neftaly Malatjie, our founder and Chief Executive Officer has always emphasised that as a youth development organisation we need to use technology to innovate.

Southern Africa Youth Projects policies and processes under Neftaly Malatjie’s leadership. The organisation uses online database systems. Which will have an integrated client, human resource, financial management and programmes coordination.

We are so excited that we have managed to move all our operations and are now 100% online. We have reduced our paper usage by 99.9% which enables our staff to focus on making impact than to focus 70% on administration.

Our Strategy Execution aligned to the ecosystem

Southern Africa Youth Project understands that it is not the only role player in the market. However, it forms part of a large chain in addressing and solving problems stakeholders may have.

Southern Africa Youth Project operates in an industry with high competition of niche resources. Therefore it is imperative that Southern Africa Youth Project leverages and uses the smallest resources it has efficiently.

Also Southern Africa Youth project collaborates with other organisations it is therefore the responsibility of Southern Africa Youth Project to share the resources which it has to enable its 1 000 non-profit organisation partners to perform their activities efficiently.

This is to enable the organisations focusing in Health, Welfare, Social Development, Education, Skills Development, Information Technology, environment, arts and Culture, Heritage, Gender Based Violence and HIV/AIDS to achieve their overall missions and objectives.

Southern Africa Youth collaborates with partners who are aligned to its priories and strategy to ensure that we achieve common goals and it provides support to incapacitate and sustain grassroots organisations.

Our Programmes specialists allocated to provinces, countries and regions ensures that the organisations under SayPro Southern Africa Youth Project collaborates and work together to ensure that we coordinate, lead and implement activities in a collaborative and partnership effort.

Southern Africa Youth Project uses its resources efficiently in an accountable manner aligning itself with the Public Finance Management Act of South Africa.
