  • SayPro is a leading institution in developing online education, content, websites development and online marketing, and SayPro will assume the role to design the content used for the Project.
  • SayPro will align the content to each country language. Unless in Online Learning, SayPro will adjust to the language whichever the guideline.
  • The content will be made available through Microsoft Office Word and PDF, or also the material can be made available online through the portal of university, college, organisation or business. Or otherwise, we are happy to host the content through our portals. Content sharing will enable maximum reach.
  • Content development will be helpful to the university, college, organisation or business practitioners, staff, and partner institutions to be able to roll out.
  • Content development will be beneficial to skills development facilitators, Project Managers, and development practitioners.

  • The alignment of training material to Qualification Authority, WHO, international regulation bodies, national bodies, ETQA, ISO and Sector Education and Training Authority.
  • The desktop study, baseline, and Kick-off Meeting with university, college, organisation or business: SayPro will conduct a kick-off meeting with SRHR to discuss their content development needs, baselines, concepts, and ideas before commencing the activities.
  • Conduct a needs assessment: investigate the barriers that prevent young people from accessing SRH services and identify SRH interventions that have successfully reached marginalised groups.
  • Define key groups: To serve marginalised groups, identify and learn about the critical group(s) for whom university, college, organisation or business  will provide services.
  • Develop a strategy for addressing the diversity of needs based on the key groups identified.
  • Involve young people: Consult with young people to understand the type of services they want and the delivery.
  • Establish partnerships: partner with organisations working with the whole group(s) to avoid duplication and help with promotion and referrals to/from your services.
  • Content Development: SayPro will do the content development after following the above aspects on behalf of the university, college, organisation or business.
  • Draft for Review: SayPro will provide the draft to SRHR to review, comment, amend any issues and prepare the final document for handover and uploading.
  • Handover and Uploading: SayPro will do the handover where necessary and upload the content online to prepare the next Project.

  • SayPro will Take appropriate action to adopt the identified quality standard by the university, college, organisation or business.
  • A plan is drawn up according to best planning practices to design a Quality Management System for skills development practices appropriate to the size and nature of the university, college, organisation or business.
  • The plan is fit for purpose according to the size and nature of the university, college, organisation or business.
  • A quality team with the authority and resources to design and establish a Quality Management System for skills development is based.
  • The size of the team is appropriate to the nature and size of the university, college, organisation or business.
  • SayPro will give stakeholders identified using the Quality Management System and opportunities to contribute to developing the Quality Management System.

The quality team is assisted to sufficiently identify and define the critical processes in the university, college, organisation or business that critically influence quality related to the skills development interventions identified in the university, college, organisation or business s skills development plan.
