SayPro Personal Factors

Although your role may be primarily that of an educator, people do not learn in a vacuum, and particularly when working with adult learners, personal factors can often have a significant influence on progress. This raises questions of how well do you know your learners and how much you need to know about them in order to fulfill their learning needs. Personal factors can also be addressed through internal counselling (educator/ assessor/ facilitator/training provider)
