SayPro coordinates and compiles the annual Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report in line with MERSETA – Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services Sector Education and Training Authority and BBBEE – Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Strategic requirements.
SayPro assists and advises line management with the implementation of the annual Workplace Skills Plan.
SayPro coordinates and compiles training reports every month and assess progress against Work Skills Plan Targets.
SayPro coordinates and supports all processes, arrangements and requirements given (not limited to):
SayPro learnerships, Apprenticeships, Skills programmes and all other related new schemes, Youth Employment Scheme (YES programme).
SayPro ensures that all reports and costings cost reports are compiled, organized and current and provided on time to the respective Stakeholders. All accounts are kept accurate and submitted on the set deadlines and target dates.
SayPro coordinates and facilitates initiatives and Programmes given an application for administration and coordination and accurate and meticulous recording and submission of Discretionary Grants.
SayPro manages the coordination of any related surveys, communication, updates and regulatory audits given MERSETA grants.
SayPro ensures that all compilation and submission of Skills Development/ Management Control BBBEE – Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment related reports, enquiries and surveys are accurately completed and delivered/ submitted on time to relevant stakeholders: MERSETA – Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services Sector Education and Training Authority.
SayPro takes the management role of the Department of Employment and Labour and BEE – Black Economic Empowerment Strategist.
