As guided by the SayPro – SayPro and Academy Policy. We are required to set up a Research Team that will serve SayPro clients and the company.
Here is a list of SayPro Research Team
- The Principal: As the Head of SayPro, the Principal shall oversee the work of the Research Unit. Ensuring that SayPro Research Unit serves and responds to the policy Procedures and systems setup.
- Research Head: Having obtained a PhD or Professor level or equivalent. They shall be the head of the Research Division at SayPro. Their role is to ensure that the Company is running efficiently and can operate as a separate company. The Research Lead is the head of the Unit.
- Senior Research Lead: They are the second to the Research Head. They are to take all the responsibilities as delegated by the Research Head.
- Junior Research Lead: He is responsible for all the responsibilities as delegated by the Senior Research Lead.
- Research Administrator: They are responsible for all the administration of the Research Unit. They shall ensure that the unit can run efficiently and all logistics are in line with the requirements. To enable the divisions to operate without destruction.
- Research Communications and Marketing: they are responsible for project outsourcing, contract management, subcontracting getting contracts and projects.
- Research Operational Manager: They are responsible for ensuring an easy flow from the Research Head to the clients. They provide that the unit is performing according to standard.
