As a leader in Child and Youth Development SayPro has a vast means that has been planned to ensure that we are aligned to any changes that may occur and also to address all the transformation issues we may come up with.
SayPro’s Organisation Development Program is supported by a number of partnerships such as corporate companies, research institutions, consultants and the government departments.
These enables SayPro to successfully implement on its strategies set. Also our partners also plays a critical part in ensuring that they assist the organisation to achieve on its development paths.
The challenge of Organisational Development Programme
Southern Africa Youth has built a strong, well built capability as a professional administration organisation on behalf of 1 000 non-profit organisations across Africa.
Southern Africa Youth sees itself as a learning organisation therefore in order to achieve its mission it needs to be flexible in its approach. Across the 1 000 non-profit organisations we are working with we have different talents and expertise which needs to be unpacked and implemented.
Our Organisational Development Programme enable us to implement, support and promote our work in health, welfare, social development, education, skills Development, Information Technology, environment, arts and Culture.
SayPro works with a number of stakeholders to promote, grow and accelerate the work that we do in child and youth development.
Working with partners on Organisational Development Programme
SayPro works with the government, international community, non-profit organisations, schools, further education, sector education authority to ensure that we promote capability and development across our member organisations in Africa.
We have done this through the means of creating funding proposals, submissions of concepts and collaboration in consortia’s and groups that shares the same niche as us.
SayPro has managed to actively identify opportunities to make real, sustainable impact in the communities which we serve.
Organisational Development Programme for our community partners.
SayPro identified a need to provide capacity building, support and training for our community health, welfare, social development, education, skills Development, Information Technology, environment, arts and Culture organisations based in cities, rural areas and townships.
This shall serve as the organisation’s mission to ensure that we continuously provide organisational development programmes for our youth.
This organisational Development Programme is aligned to SayPro’s Human Resource Policy and the organisations staff Development Policy.
Alignment of Organisational Development Programme to the strategy
SayPro sees that it is utmost important to align ourselves to the transitions that may impact on our work. These includes:
- Perspective: SayPro understands that it is not the only institution that provides organisational development programmes. We are part of huge market.
- Reliance on niche donors: Southern Africa youth Project has a broader need to leverage support and resources to its set of partners in health, welfare, social development, education, skills Development, Information Technology, environment, arts and Culture.
- Online Automation: SayPro will implement 100% of its administration online and shall share this with its implementing partners.
- Planned Advancement: SayPro will plan on its expertise, staff development and the succession plan.
- Planned Organisational development: SayPro will strive to work with time to ensure that its operations are aligned and are constantly changing focusing on consistency.

SayPro will focus its role on Project Management, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation.
We will promote the health, welfare, social development, education, skills Development, Information Technology, environment, arts and Culture sector amongst the youth working with Non-Governmental Organisations.
WE will provide support to develop and provide services and products targeted at different partners.
We will create an internal environment which is charrectoriesed by non-conflict and good governance practices in engaging, controlled and focused environment.

SayPro shall at all times maintain its relationship with government, the media, non-profit organisations, faith based and the business sector.
We strive to ensure that SayPro will support non-profit organisation and non-governmental organisations to adopt to the changing environment.
We will also strenthen the collaboration in Africa including South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia and all the African contienuents.
We will also rethink the value SayPro will add in the organisations working in Health, Welfare, Social Development, Education, Skills Development, Information Technology, environment, arts and Culture, Heritage, Gender Based Violence and HIV/AIDS.
