The Finance Committee

The founder of Southern Africa Youth Project Neftaly Malatjie guided by the Financial Management Policy adopted in 2014.

The policy allows the Chief Executive Officer with permission from the Directors to set up a dedicated Finance Committee for the Financial Management part.

The Finance Committee will be responsible for the following:

  • Financial Management oversight
  • Board Reporting of the Finances of the Organisation.
  • Internal Oversight and Internal Auditing.
  • Budget Planning, Monitoring, Review, and Reporting.
  • Annual, Five years and Strategic Budgeting and Forecasting.
