This is to emphasize that the QIP never ends. There is always room for improvement. The objective is to make the QIP a permanent management responsibility.
You need to design a plan for repeating the process with a view to constant improvement of quality. Select new QIT members and give recognition to the outgoing members. Have the new members review all activities from the previous cycle and begin planning their approach. Educate the new members to run the 14-step process.
