Human Resources: SayPro provide enough suitably qualified personnel, on a full time or part-time basis, to ensure the quality of the learning experience and achievement of the specified Standards and Programmes.


Physical Resources: SayPro physical resources including, facilities, equipment, and learning Contents, provide to support the learning process and appropriate, suitable, and sufficient.


SayPro provides a safe environment for the knees of beneficiaries, staff, and visitors by ensuring that all venues use structurally sound and secure and well maintained. Premises and facilities suitable for the functions they use for, large enough and capable of operating throughout the year with the appropriate temperature, ventilation, and light. Use of facilities for training and programmes and teaching and recreational and social activities plane, and include refreshment services and facilities, there require, to meet the knees of beneficiaries, staff, and visitors. The use of all venues controlled by the project management office. All venue bookings made according to a booking system.


Equipment and Contents (consumables) adequate in type and amounts for the number of beneficiaries and the programmes undertaken. All equipment well maintained safe and secure.


Financial Resources: SayPro provide sufficient financial resources to ensure SayPro can effectively function when providing Youth Development Interventions. Financial support manages by the Financial Management Policy ECS POLICY 006.

4. Definitions

  • Programmes Mean as define by section 16(a)-(c) of the Skills and youth development Act, 1998 (Act no 97 of 1998), it consists of a structure learning component and a practical work experience of a specified nature and duration. It leads to a qualification registered by NATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND PROGRAMMES ASSURANCE and relate to an occupation.

  • The responsibility for the provision of Human, Physical and Financial resources lie with The Chief Executive Officer.

6.1 Human Resources

  • Employment Equity Plan: All future staffing conducted according to maximise Employment Equity. Yet, SayPro does not have an official Employment Equity Plan.


  • Programmes: All staffing training and applications conducted through SayPro skills and youth development plan.


  • Staff and Facilitators: The Chief Executive Officer has a responsibility for facilitation and use Subject Matter Experts on a contract basis to facilitate various modules.

  • Hire Training and programmes Venues: SayPro does have its training and programmes venues but also utilise sites and facilities as require by the programme.

SayPro currently operates from various funders until 2020. After that, SayPro income nee to sustain the business.

Areas of income include Consulting and Research and Training and programmes work.
