In 2010 He envisioned post school education or tertiary education as a tool that will change the way young people in rural areas and townships of South Africa
Through our partnership with the Gauteng Department of Social Development since 2011 we have managed to provide over 2 000 unemployed youth in townships with free skills (education) and we have managed to provide an exit strategy where over 70% of these candidates as into jobs
Indeed the government and private sector should consider non profit organizations that are based within communities as they produce leaders who excel in both politics and business
