Marketing and Communications Policy

Southern Africa Youth Project strives to promote, sustain, and continually improve the provision of Youth Development Interventions

  • offered by the organisation using an implementation of the following methods:
  • Identification of the needs of beneficiaries related to current and future labour market needs, demographics, business and further skills and youth development opportunities.
  • Allocation of marketing responsibilities to identified individuals or groups.
  • Promotion and effective communication of products and services, including clear, accurate information about content, delivery, assessment, guidance, and Beneficiary support
  • Continued review of the products and services offered for sustained suitability and applicability
  • Continual review of resources required to provide such products and services effectively.
  • Maintenance of, and access to, a comprehensive and current database, including Youth Skills Development and
  • Empowerment and relevant labour market information, for use by all beneficiaries.
  • Maintenance of close links and partnerships with other Youth Skills Development and Empowerment organisations and local employment organisations.
  • Implementation of a Quality Management System to ensure the continued quality of products and services offered.
